Idea for fresh--not smoked--kielbasa

I bought fresh kielbasa at Whole Foods a while back, and it's been sitting in my freezer since I don't know what to do with it. Does anyone have any ideas? (Ideas suited to a Sunday meal on a day with 2 feet of snow would be especially welcome!)

Last time I bought it I just steamed it until somewhat firm but not totally cooked. Then sliced it & finished cooking with sliced onions and garlic slices. Near the end of cooking I then added some fresh perogies on top to heat them up. Served with lots of sour cream. Very comforting meal - YUM!

Thanks Olien! That's similar to what I ended up doing. I baked it for an hour with sauerkraut and beer, and served it with pierogis, sour cream and applesauce. For a day with 2 feet of snow, I managed to find some useful stuff in my cupboard!
