Just moved to Pearland...

I'd LOVE to meet some friends and go on play dates! I really don't know ANYONE! Also, I am not sure of parks and fun things to do with the children :-)

We live in West Pearland, in some apartments on Broadway (not to far from 288)

Welcome to MDC, Nomadic_Lexi! There are so many amazing resources here, including this area to meet other moms. I hope you find just what you need here at MDC!

YAY for this new format!!! I am a minute outside of the Pearland area. I've been wanting to find mommies in Houston that have more of the parenting style that I do.

So, I'm also new to the site, I really liked the article I just read in here about "finding your tribe" I'm in Southeast Houston near Pearland in 45 and Btwy 8 and want to meet many moms to connect with joy.gif

There is a pretty active gentle parenting group in the southeast area called Peaceful Beginnings... they have over 200 families and usually have several activities a week. I'm in League City (a little further southest than you) and have been a member for years but don't make it to many meetups these days as the kids are getting older and we stay busy with homeschooling activities:) Good Luck!

Some of my friends are starting up a chapter of the Houston Babywearers in Pearland. You can find them on Facebook as Bay Area Babywearers.  They're going to have monthly meetings at the Pearland library I believe.
