to vax or not to vax?

If your premie was 14 months old and you hadn't vaccinated yet and if her 5yo sister was starting full-time school would you vax the toddler or not? Flu? Prevnar? other? How about the 5yo who is also not vaccinated yet?

Appreciate any and all thoughts....
