I was given a nice chunk of money as a gift
and am planning on buying a few well-made items of clothing. I'm wondering if anyone has favorite on-line sources for women's clothing made by environmentally and socially responsible manufacturers? I've ordered from Blue Canoe and the Y Catalog in the past, but am looking for a few more choices. Any ideas?
Also, I love the idea of thrifting my wardrobe, but over time I notice that most of my thrift finds end up being donated back in a few months as they weren't what I really wanted or didn't quite fit properly. If anyone has suggestions on making thrift-stuff work, I'd appreciate that as well.
