Vet that does payment plans in greater Philly area?

I'm in Delaware County, but can go where ever SEPTA goes. Both of my nearly year old cats need to be fixed (one is spraying, even though she's female), and one has, I believe, been losing weight. So, she really needs to be checked out. But, there is no way for me to come up with the money all at once. I even checked out "Affordable Spay," but it still costs a lot, and there is no public transit near them.

So, does anyone know of a vet who still does payment plans? I have no credit card and can't get one right now.

Bonus point if the vet leans towards holistic medicine...

I know you said you can't a credit card now but there is a credit card that has vet care in mind, called Care Credit if you have exhausted all other options.
