How to make these ingredients into a tasty vegan dinner?

For dinner tonight I have a couple of cups of quinoa, a block of extra firm tofu that's been frozen and thawed, and a medium sized bag of frozen mixed veggies (carrots, corn, green beans) to work with.... How can I season/serve this to make it tasty? My brain just isn't working creatively on the food side of things this week. TIA!

What sauces do you have to make a stirfry sauce out of? Any ginger or garlic? onions?

Agree with the idea of a stir fry. Some soy sauce, garlic and your ingredients and you've got a yummy dinner

I've got ginger powder.... lots of fresh garlic and onions... soy sauce....and just about every dried herb/spice available in your average U.S. grocery store.... a stir fry sounds great! Thanks!

I'd do it the way I make fried rice or barely. Cook quinoa in veggie broth. While that's cooking, put your veggies and tofu in a skillet and get them stir-fried. When all of it's ready, add the quiona to veggies and combine. Add soy sauce and whatever seasonings you like!
