I'm making boudin for my stepfather for Christmas (pork and rice sausage). I just realized that I need pork liver to make it!!
Any idea where I could get it? A regular grocery store? We have 3 regular grocery stores nearby with *okay* meat departments. We also have a couple of international markets 30-45 minutes away that never answer the phone.
I'd love to just make one stop, cause it's the holidays and all, but I want the best chance of the store actually having the liver.
Anybody ever bought it??
