Emergency How To: Canned Heat

Not sure if this is the best place to put this?
We just came out of having no power for 55+ hours. I put up a tutorial on my blog on making homemade "sterno". I learned from my family when we were living in Montana.
If you find it helpful please share it. I can't tell you how glad I was to know how to do this.
