No, but to be fair, I would not pierce my toddler age daughters ears either. My rule has always been that you need to be able to write your full name on the paperwork and have REALLY wanted this for a long time. Taking care of newly pierced ears is a PITA, so I'd rather they be old enough to handle that.

Dd is 5 and we are just now starting to talk to her and ask her if she'd like her ears done. So far, she's said no almost every time we've talked about it. If the yeses ever become more common than the nos, we'll probably get it done.
