Has anyone else expressed an interest in this?

Thank you.

Hi, unfortunately we are currently not adding any new subforums for the time being. As you can see, we have quite an extensive list of forums! I would recommend starting a Severe Morning Sickness Tribe in the I'm Pregnant forum. "Tribes" are support-only areas for those with common interests.

Wishing you all the best

You're very welcome.

I had hyperemesis through all 3 of my pregnancies and can't bear to see another mama go through a very sick pregnancy all alone!

MDC is a great community but if you are looking for support and information about living with and surviving hyperemesis http://forums.helpher.org

is the place to go. You will not find more up to date information on treatment and coping and BTDT moms then you will find there. There a lot of women who stick around and give support long after they have their babies.

I'm kmomto6 over there.

A lot of our girls here frequent helpher as well. In the first post, and several thereafter, helpher.org is linked.

I haven't been to helpher.org since my youngest was born. It's too much for me. GREAT and informative site, though, definitely.

Good to know it is referenced in multiple places. It is such a great resource and HG moms shouldn't have to look hard to find it.

I come and go from HER too. I think a lot of women do depending on where they are in their physical and mental healing. It seems only the handful of moderators are able to stick around for the long term. I know that once I passed the really bad part last time I couldn't even go into the first tri forums. I felt awful not going back to give support but I really just couldn't handle it.
I've been very blessed with this current pregnancy, after needing home health with the last two and a PICC with the last I didn't need to be rehydrated even once. Had only about 6 miserable weeks and managed to stay hydrated with zofran and phenergan.
That puts my count at: 1 fluffy (#2), HG x 3, NVP x 5. This one may have been HG without the meds but I started treatment as soon as I got a positive which was not quite 4 weeks. I think that definitely made an impact. Now I am on occasional phenergan and benadryl but no zofran
I have a real love/hate affair with Zofran.

Most do. I'll PM you -- we've got more in common than just HG.
