Just sharing what I made for ds today :)

I needed something to put in 7 month ds's stocking so I whipped this up today. First time I've ever made anything stuffed. I used scrap fabric (little tiny pieces that are too small to so much as practice on, i save scraps when I trim seams and stuff! lol) to stuff it. Its pretty satisfying to create something without needing to buy anything! Just dig into my fabric box and have everything that I need. I should do more of this.

Oh and I'd loooove any other ideas for little simple toys for a baby under a year that can be made during a nap!

that's so awesome! other cloth toys could be finger puppets or a cloth book (over time).

I also made a block with the burgendy fabric, and appliqued A, B, C, 1, 2, 3 on each side cut out from the multicolored fabric.
