We have a great Amish-run surplus grocery outlet near us where we can get lots of great food, including organic, for cheap. I've been stockpiling both through the surplus store and with coupon deals. I've been challenging myself to eat down some of the food (I kept buying and buying and not using it) and blogging about it, but I'm noticing it's not terribly healthy.
I'd love some tips, blogs, and other resources on building a better pantry/stockpile. I'm not looking to stockpile for an apocalypse, but want to know what to buy up when it's cheap and what's most healthy and useful to have on hand.
Thank you!
