Burst of energy before bed time - anyone else?? - Page 2

My kids are overtired when they do that.

I generally put DS down 4 hours after he gets up in the morning, and we usually get up the same time, so it is quite regular. If he sleeps in (YIPPPEE!!!), then I put him down a bit later, but not a ton later.
