I've been rediscovering No Impact Man's blog (as I wait for my turn at the book on the holds list at my library
) and found the companion site, No Impact Project. I was totally inspired to see that they have a No Impact Experiment week coming up starting January 10th, 2010! There's a comprehensive PDF guide that breaks down everything day-by-day. Sounds very illuminating!
Anyone want to give it a go with me?
I'll have a few caveats to the experiment: I'll be 35 weeks pregnant with DS at that point and I have a midwife appointment that I could *technically* get to via public transport, but it would mean DH couldn't go with me and it would take a LONG LONG time (with a 3.5 year old in tow) - and bike riding is soooo not an option for me at this stage of pregnancy! Long story short: I'm driving to that appointment. But everything else I'm excited to try!
