I have a 17 mos. old son and he is still nursing 5-6 x's a day and about 3-4 x's during the night. I just got a new calcium supplement and it has Valerian root and Horsetail stems in it. It doesn't say how much, it is just in with a Proprietary blend with other herbs that says the total is 108 mg.
