Microfiber ?????

ok so I am working on making some diapers and I want to put microfiber in them for my absorbent layers. SO... are "waffle knit" microfiber towels as good as the terry ones? I have some dish towels that I LOVE that are waffle knit. (that probably isn't the actual term but they look kinda like little tiny waffles) Are they as absorbent? are they more trim? has ANYONE used them before? Thanks!

mmmmm, i personally dont thik that would work well becaue of the super long drying time (is it cotton?) and the many layers you would need. ive never tried it though!
