Upper body fatigue?

That's the best way I can describe it. I'm 27 weeks and for a few weeks I've been getting this really weird sensation in my arms and shoulders. It just feel like they're so tired I can't move them...or like they're so tired that I need to move them. I know that makes no sense, but I can't expain it. It almost feels like restless leg in my neck, shoulders and arms. I get RLS during pregnancy for some reason, and for me it often just feels like I have to move - not always the "bug" sensation or itching. So this is kind of like that, except that it's accompanied by this sensation of extreme fatigue in the muscles of the neck, shoulders and arms. My BP is fine and I have no pain anywhere. Any idea at all what this is, or is it just one more weird, annoying pregnancy symptom to add to the list of unpleasant things that have happened to me during this pregnancy? lol

I had that during my last pregnancy, like I couldn't lift my arms, especially after eating. I asked my midwife and she didn't really have any suggestions. I think it went away on it's own eventually.

I would love to hear more about it too if anyone else has figured it out.

I've been having the same sensation lately, I'm 26 weeks. I noticed that it often means I'm too warm. If I take off a layer of clothing, have a cool drink and relax for a bit, I usually feel better. I don't feel hot, or sweaty, or anything, so it's frustrating to me...
