Thanks.

Even though we don't celebrate it ourselves, we did take the quiet day (and dangerous roads) as an excuse to enjoy the farm a little extra! It has rained all day, so we can't really move the slush in the yard...and I suppose when it all freezes again (tomorrow?) the slidy mess outside will be fun for the kids! Thank goodness the feed truck won't be coming again this winter.

So I snuggled extra with my goats and scratched my sheep on the cheeks. Dh worked on a window in the beeloft. 14 eggs today, the emus are snuggled into their house, and all is well in the barn. If I had my druthers, I'd still be down there snuggling...but everyone seems to need some dinner around here. Not just the livestock.
I hope every man woman and creature has had a wonderful day.
