My aunt requested I send her some recipes so she can start eating more veg*n meals. She likes tofu but only likes it plain so she doesn't want any tofu recipes. I am having a hard time because so many of my recipes have fairly unusual things in them like tahini, nutritional yeast, or gluten flour. These are not things that I can't see her searching out, although she did say she has a Henry's/Sprout's near by.
