My family and I are planning to move to the DC metro area in the summer. Please tell me about homeschooling options in VA or MD-- which state is more favorable to homeschoolers? What types of co-ops and other activities are there for homeschoolers?? any other info would be appreciated.
My kids were homeschooled until 9, 6 1/2 and 4. they are currently half-way with their second year at a Montessori school. I would enjoy finding another montessori we could afford, but not sure if that would be an option for us. Plus, it seems like the Dc area would be a fun place to homeschool.
