I'm so excited about this, Big Love is my favourite show I'll be taping it (yes, I still use VHS tapes ) as On Demand doesn't usually have it on for a few days and my dd won't be in bed before 9.

The biggest thing I remember from the season finale is Joey killing Roman (or at least he looked dead) and Nikki bringing her 15 year old daughter home to live with the family.

So excited! I just recently got into Big Love and have watched the first 3 seasons over the last few months. I can't wait for the new season!

I can't believe it!!!!!! The cable co. called yesterday and dh picked it up (they call incessantly trying to get us to do different promotions, etc and we always ignore it!) and they are giving us a promotion for 3 months of HBO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wooo hooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I can watch it with everyone else, I am so excited!!! Perfect timing!


It sounds like I should have reviewed the previous season! I vaguely remember Nikki's older daughter being brought home, but nothing about Roman and Joey!

Yep, we have it free right now too! In fact, we got it free last October & when the 3 months was up we called to cancel (so we would not start getting charged) and they said "Hey, want another 3 months?" Uh, yeah! So we have it until March now. No idea what I'll do after that. I might just pay the couple bucks to watch on itunes.

Yup, I ended up rereading it like three times (Because I figured whats done is done) and then almost got caught at work because I was just so dumbfounded I sat staring at my computer.

So, what was with the hat at the end? Are they saying Bill's the new prophet? If so, How did they get the hat? How would they know anything about the whole prophet thing anyway? I'm confused!

Isn't it Roman's hat? I assumed it was left behind where Alby dumped him, and the FBI or police found it.

I can't count the number of times I lol'd last night but I nearly fell off my chair when Adaleen said "I didn't know how to tell you!" Omg, that was hilarious!

Who found the hat? The FBI? Did they know it was Roman's? I'm confused about that part.

I was thinking maybe the Black Foot partners found the hat to be offensive in general? I'm guessing Alby planted it though as a sign to Bill.

There were a lot of funny parts. My only complaint is the whole thing with Alby and the Trustee. Seriously? I felt like that was an unnecessary addition of drama.

I think the hat was on Roman when Nikki was trying to wheel him up and it fell off and it got back to Jerry & thehotdudewho'snameIforget.

So I've been thinking about it more (which is really pathetic) and I'm trying to figure out who can use what info against the other in the Alby-Trustee thing. Seems like Alby's on the potential losing side of that one. Who in the mainstream world is going to believe anything Alby says about the Trustee who he's bound to hate on principle alone (plus I don't think most people would find Alby credible) but if the Trustee were to out Alby??? If people believed him it would be detrimental to Alby.

I have been thinking about it too. I think most of the people who would believe it (that Alby has clandestine homosexual encounters) already know (Adaleen, Anne Dudek---what's her name on the show? I always want to call her Amber. I think Nikki also probably already knows). And anyone loyal to Alby as the prophet would not believe it anyway.

Looks like the season is heading to a big Bill-Alby showdown for the seat of the prophet. Should be interesting. I'm hoping that gets us a lot more Anne Dudek!

How creepy is JJ? Eek! The exchange between him and Nikki's dd was really super creepy to me. There's something not-right going on.
