Baby steps for a better life.. - Page 30

I paid off my MRI bill today And I paid it off early thanks to my mad money saving skills

Today was pre school graduation. The parents were very generous so I treated myself to a meal at Red Lobster with my coworker. I can't believe I spent $34 eating out I have not really spent any money on myself since September, so I don't feel too bad about it

I can't keep my pants up They kept falling down all day

And I got two new outfits and got tons of compliments on them. And my coteacher told me I looked loose She meant that my clothes looked loose, but we had a translation issue somewhere, I think I am super excited to be loose!


And I might be talking to someone E-mailing technically.

I just wanted to say I haven't been on here for months and I'm really glad this thread is still going.

Remember, healthy people don't "fall off the wagon" and then think, "Well, I've ruined it!" We all have times when we eat the wrong thing or too much. The key is to remember that you can still be ON TRACK even if you're not perfect. Don't make the perfect the enemy of the good.

When I read your story, I really get a sense that you have changed and I find you inspiring. Go, you!

Okay so today I had to get my badge fixed at work. I just happened to walk by the nurse's office. They have a scale that I have never been able to get weighed on before. But I thought, what the heck, and I got on it.

Not only am I light enough to get weighed on it now.. but.......



drum roll please..........

I have lost 19 pounds

I am going to the neurologist next Wednesday. I am starting to get nervous about it. I am hoping that there wont be any more signs pointing to MS.
