cold liver oil?

Does anyone take cod liver oil and breastfeed? I am just curious. I started taking it because I thought it would be good for the baby to get the EFAs in my milk but was wondering if it was the best source of EFAs possible. I used to take Prenatal DHA (Nordic Naturals) but then read the back of the CLO bottle (also Nordic Naturals) and saw that it has MORE DHA than even the DHA I was taking, plus tons of extras.

PS...It tastes horrible. Is there any way I can *cover up* the taste?

I started taking Carlsons CLO during nursing DS due to my vit. D deficiency. The omegas are a big bonus. I don't like the Nordic because they add synthetic D to it, which is hard on your liver. The Carlsons is lemon flavored and not too bad tasting, it also comes in gel caps if you are okay with that.
