I am planning on encapsulating my placenta myself. For those mamas who have experience with this...
how many gelatin capsules will I need? (I want to encapsulate all of it so I need enough)
what size capsules will I need?
where online can I buy these capsules???

TIA!!

I got 250 "00" capsules and I had more than enough. I just shopped around online until I found the cheapest price. (I'm sorry, I have no idea what the website is).

Hope that helps! Encapsulating my placenta was one of the best things I ever did.

I bought a bag of NOW Vcaps in size 00 and only used about 130 or so of them with my placenta, but I also packed them pretty tight (I filled them by hand).

I got gelatin capsules from my local health food store. What do people use to grind the dry placenta?

I just used a food processor at first and then a coffee grinder to get it really fine.

I didn't have anything to grind it with so I just put the dried placenta in a bag and hammered it until it was small enough to fit in the capsules lol
