PLEASE HELP! Front facing in a pikkolo or other SSC?

My 3 month old baby pretty much wants to be carried ALL THE TIME. I have a moby, 2 MTs, a ring sling and an ergo. The only thing that I can carry her in now is the ergo with the infant insert- but only when she is sleepy and I am outside walking, so it doesn't really help for in the house. My back is breaking from carrying her everywhere-(and bouncing her on the yoga ball- that is how she likes to go to sleep). Also, I return to work next week...I work from home 3 days per week, but the other 2 days the nanny will be here with her.
When being carried in the house, she insists on being front facing--with one hand across the front and kind of holding on to her crotch, with her leaning back on that arm and the other hand giving some support underneath her bottom.
So I am desperately seeking a way to front carry her in the house. I am not worried about the over stimulation thing...I would only do it in the house, and then carry her facing me when we were out and about. If I try to put her facing me in the house she just squirms, pushes, and eventually screams. Even when not in the carrier she really complains unless facing out.
I would also like something that the nanny could wear, so I want it to be relatively easy. I know the pikkolo can do front facing-- anyone have experience with this? Are there any other SSCs that can do front facing?
I think she is too young for back carries at this point- she is still too young even to front carry in the MTs....
Thanks!

The Pikkolo would definitely fit the bill -- another one that does is the Connecta, you could look into that, too.

Have you tried forward facing out in the Moby, though? Since you already have it?

Thanks for the reply! I will check out the connecta. The nanny definitely wouldn't be able to do the moby, and I have had a hard time with it as well. Also, she is a big baby and quickly getting quite heavy, and since the moby is so stretchy I think it would cause some back strain.

forward facing baby

my baby was the same way, and from 4-6 months he was almost always facing forward in the Moby. As soon as he had reasonable head control I started using it, and found it very comfortable for my not-so-great back, as long as I wore him high enough, but he isn't a big baby. It might be kind of a hassle for the nanny to put on, I suppose, but I find it very easy to take him in and out of it for nursing and naps- i just keep it on most of the day.

he is almost 7 months now, and for the past 3 weeks he has been content to sit down much more (ever since he started eating some solids). still doesn't really like facing me when we are up. i almost don't know what to do with myself now - i forgot how to sit still!

You might consider getting the Pikkolo with the babywearing support belt since your LO is on the bigger side -- it can still be worn in the front facing out position, but the load will be transferred more to your hips rather than just on your shoulders.

I would try a high back carrywith your baby.
