I bought a 25lb bag of flour from Sam's last year. I'd rather switch to WW flour (still using what's left of the white flour until it's gone, though). We have a Sam's and Costco both within driving distance. Which is usually best on things like this?
I don't have a wheat grinder, so would need it already ground. A 25lb bag lasts about a year, probably less if I'd be more consistent with our bread making (we eat a LOT of bread!). Will it go rancid before the year is up- I know I've heard WW goes bad faster. If it would, can a coffee grinder be used for grinding wheat berries until I can save up for a wheat grinder? I know my dad has a coffee grinder I can have for free...
