Looking for Israeli Couscous recipes

I have a nice big bag of this and want to make something.

I put fresh rosemary in the pot of boiling water, then cook the couscous, then make a dressing with 4 Tbs olive oil and about a 1/2 Tbs lemon juice, and pour it over the couscous
