In order to make some patterns I need to edit some photos -
some to black and white (no shades of gray!)
and some to 3 colors (black, white and red) with no in-between shades
Most are just photos of my ds
Is there a way to do this using free photo editing programs? I dont have photoshop and I cant figure it out on picassa!

you can download GIMP for free and it's very much like photoshop
