Flu While Pregnant: Baby Okay?

My big sis is a little over 2 months along and just had the flu over the weekend. It wasn't severe and she didn't have a high fever or throw up a lot, just low grade fever, nausea, and terrible aches and pains for 2 days.
Anyway, she's worried for the baby!!! She's calling her doc and researching it on the Internet. Any ideas on if this will affect her baby?

I had it twice in my first trimester and my baby seems to be doing fine (I'm 25 weeks now). I know of a few other people who had it too and their babies are fine also. It's not a big deal as long as she didn't have a high fever. My midwife says it's more dangerous in the third trimester because there's a higher risk of secondary infection to the mom. Your sister and niece/nephew should be fine.
