Pork shoulder steak?

Now I never even knew this existed, I thought it would be a pork chop, but they look a lot like steak lol

Anyone know how to cook a pork shoulder steak? I know nothing about pork... any help would be appreciated.

I am googeling.. but not finding a whole lot.
