I've been using BG for the last two years and have loved them for most of it. The fit is good, rarely leak. But the elastic and velcro are a problem. I replaced elastic on my 2.0s, but the velcro is a real problem. The laundry tabs no longer stick, so the velcro sticks to everything in the wash. The other night dd had on a nightgown which was pushed up to her waist. Her BG was actually undone in bed from her rolling around. I'd get them again, but not for the whole stash. I also have FB and love them! DD has been in med FB for 18mths. I have one FB OS and it is good as well, but I've never used it on a small baby. I also really, really like my Blueberry OS diapers. They are the best nighttime diaper! Like everyone else says I'd just get a few to try first. I think when dd was first born I had 2 dozen cpf's, 4-5 Motherease covers, 1 HH in small, 2 FB in small and a few BG. For our next babe I'll probably buy Motherease Sandy's in XS with Thirsties covers.

I love the BG organic AIO and if I could make my perfect stash I would have a dozen of those and a couple of FB OS for nights and maybe naps/long car rides. I would do the wash everyday since both wash up easy and are especially easy if they haven't been sitting long.

I have used a few BG, but I really do like FB better. Every single time I put a BG diaper on my child, his butt would become irritated. I personally like aplix better, but I am willing to use snaps b/c I think the FB diaper is overall better. I have never tried any of the BG with snaps b/c I didn't like the BG diapers we tried with aplix.

We have 40 BG 2.0s that are now... 33 months old, and still going strong. Some of the elastic on them is getting pretty bad, but otherwise their doing great. We did get antoher 36 BG 3.0s when DS2 was born 5 months ago (mostly due to the elastic thing, though I'm now considering attempting to replace it... or pay someone else to, and love them too. My DS1 is now 33 months old and ~28#s and has *LOTS* of room to grow in the 2.0s I have *zero* regrets on my choice of diaper

ETA: Oh and we've *never* had stink issues, though I did have repelling issues with the 2.0s for a few months till I switched to planet detergent (had been using allens naturally then ecos for 2.5 yrsish with no issues). Used to wash just once on HOT/COLD w/ an extra rinse, but I'm now washing once on cold/cold w/ lots of detergent then again on hot/cold w/ just a lil and an extra rinse... I wash every 3 days though before DS2 I could go every 4-5 days w/o issue

And both times we used sposies for the first month or so which I was OK w/ - that first month is so crazy anyhow that sposies are nice'n easy.
