Natural lotion for pregnancy dry skin itchies?

Hi all!
It took me a while to find this forum, but I'm glad I did! DW is pregnant (finally) and in the New England winter everything is dry and itchy. I would prefer that she use a lotion/moisturizer/oil that is more natural but I don't know where to start. I tried starting with EWGs skin care guide, but got myself more confused than ever!

What can we buy (definitely not talented enough to make) that is not super expensive but plentiful enough that we can slather it all over to make the itchiness go away?
We tried a cool mist humidifier, but that seems to be making it worse?

Thanks!

Has she tried natural oils such as olive oil and coconut oil?
However these didn't work me (I'm 4 months pregnant) and recently the dry skin on my legs got really bad and itchy. The only thing that saved me was a natural cream I bought from London (was there two weeks ago) that perhaps you can find online, Rose Body Cream. It even cleared out completely a small eczema patch that's been appearing on my left legs every winter for a few years now!
A friend recently sent me this from WA, Growing Belly Balm. Haven't tried it yet but I'd be happy to give you feedback once I do.

Just plain coconut, hemp or almond oil works best for me. No tight itchy skin with my last pregnancy. Cheap, natural and easy.
