Blog Goals for 2010?

Last year, there was a great post for blog goals at the beginning of 2009,and it really helped me to focus my site. I even met most of the goals! I was hoping we could do the same thing this year.

So ... for 2010, I want to:

• Publish a new post two to three times a week.
• Grow my blog subscriber base to 2,500.
• Grow my recipe card subscribers to 80.
• Reach at least 75,000 pageviews a month.
• Finish a book proposal.
• Earn an average of $1,000 month in revenue (lofty goal, I know!)

* Publish 1 blog post per week on the other two
* Keep writing for AP International
* Start doing book reviews on my main blog.

My goals for 2010:

1. Continue to build up a following of readers (would love to hit 100 by year's end)
2. Figure out how to know what my page hits are
3. Continue daily postings
4. Increase interaction with readers - more comments, Q & A posts, etc
5. Improve the quality of my photos
6. Explore the idea of monetizing the blog - this one is tough for me because I would ideally only want ads that would appeal to my readers
7. Increase the number of giveaways
8. Participate in more blog carnivals
9. Link up more with other blogs

Of course I absolutely LOVE this goal.

I have several blog goals for 2010:

Personal Blogs:

*Blog 2-3 per week on two of my niche blogs and 4-5 on another
*Relaunch one of my niche blogs, the domain has 2 years age on it and the topic is big right now
*Work on a free e-book for my autism-related niche blog
*Finalize a monthly editorial calendar
*Add new feature posts/value-added features to my blog

As the manage of API Speaks, I also have a whole host of to-dos and wish-list items for the Attachment Parenting International blog. The blog saw a lot of growth in the last six months of 2009 and I want to capitalize on that momentum and see the blog grow exponentially in the coming year.
