Thanks ladies. I appreciate the support. I think part of the problem is that I am a very active person. I go to the gym 6 - 7 days/week and ride horses on top of that. Now I'm not able to do much of anything and so I have all of this pent up energy. In past cycles I've gone back to the gym and have done the elliptical machine and just took time off from running and riding. This time I'm being much more careful. Walking should be safe though, right? Maybe walking a couple of miles in the morning would help. I'm going to go crazy if I don't do something.
