We'll start with my daughter. Went to the dentist today and she has a lot of cavities that aren't bothering her (I'm not in a rush to fix fill them, but doc is) but her two front teeth appear on the X-Ray to possibly need to have root canals. I know these should fall out soon, but her teeth came in late and so it will be some time and they are already bothering her. I felt uneasy about her having root canals and so said I'd need to think things through which bought me some time. I've already read through the sticky/ archive on nutrition, but the problem we face is being vegetarian. I went veg because of dislike of the taste and texture of meat, and my daughter also never liked it before she went. I am willing to use CLO and drink raw milk as well as using toothsoap, but am wondering how effective this will be without changing other things like eating liver (will never be able to stomach that) or removing grains. Anyone else succeed? And how long till a difference is seen? The earliest appointment would be in March, but I'd need to make it now to get that!

As for myself, my dentist would like to put a crown over a non root canaled tooth that is cracking from a large almagram filling. We did discuss replacing the filling with a resin, but I still think this might be bad because the tooth can decay underneath and the money would have been wasted since I'd have to have everything fixed and replaced. Is this correct thinking?

Thank you for any help!
