I ran out of the DHA I was taking a few weeks ago and in the holiday chaos just never got more
Now I'm almost out of prenatals as well, so I'm going to Whole Foods tonight. I'm going to get the small bottle of New Chapter and see how that works for me before committing to the huge one, but haven't made a decision about DHA fish oil etc.
New Chapter has a WholeMega supplement, but I think I read somewhere that one wasn't recommended for some reason. I've read a lot about cod liver oil. Just 5 minutes ago I meant to write down the brand because my brain doesn't work anymore, but I didn't and now I forgot. Something Naturals? It's flavored. Anyway, any recommendations for the omegas/dhas/fish oil type supplements? I'd like something natural and am not vegan.
