FCLO Popsicles Recipe?

So, I bought the Green Pastures Chocolate Cream FCLO Gel hoping that my kids would eat anything with the word chocolate in it, but holy crow - that stuff is gross. I can't blame them for not touching it.

Please share recipes for FCLO popsicles. I read about bigknitwit's (?) recipe for popsicles - anybody use/have it? Or another?

Would just pureeing some fruit like strawberry and banana together and freezing it in that work maybe?
