Am I a Camel? When does the spare tire go AWAY??

Ok. I lost the baby weight, but it's like I have not only eNORmous breasts but a spare tire around my middle that will not go away. Is this my fat stored for bfing? Will it go away when DD weans (she appears nowhere close, but I'm curious)?
