But, it short, what it means is: Appointed the women with custody over the aforementioned minor, as long as no previous court ruling voids it.

(I'm learning Dutch and speak German - but if you're official translaters give the last sentance a slightly different tone, I wouldn't be surprised... I think you typoed "bevoidgheid".)
