Soft Spot Dandruff

I have a one year old niece who has dandruff only where her soft spot used to be. she has still a very slight indentation, but its barely noticeable.
Anybody heard or know of this?

Yup, my DD had it. I didn't notice it for a while and one day saw that she had quite a bit of build up. I would very gently use a wash cloth on it in a circular motion at bath time to remove it - took about a week. I think it was there because I am very nervous about her soft spot and was avoiding it at bath time.
