Zinc

So, I've been reading that zinc is important for stomach acid. Where do I get it? As in foods? I have a feeling that I'm probably lacking

Zinc is plentiful in sesame seeds (tahini!), baked beans, cashews, chickpeas, lentils, almonds, kidney beans, peas, peanuts, and oatmeal. Zinc is more common in ‘roasted, leavened, or fermented’ foods – so keep that in mind.

I'm a vegan so those are all plant based - don't know about animal foods. =)
