WOOHOO!! The insanity ENDS!! I am THRILLED to announce that AF arrived this evening!! My Dh and I are very happy to be trying for an October baby this cycle! Man- I am not sad at all - VERY relieved to finally know what's up with my body! :-)

Im so over internet cheapies!! im 10dpo and really thought that id have my bfp by now, especially after the two pink lines (faint) that appeared at 7 and 8dpo. My DH aksed me this morning if I have any tests that wernt sent in the mail and I said, no but i will wait until wednesday when AF is due and buy some frer tests, we will be at the beach for a few days so that would be a great place to get my bfp, im pretty sure i wont, seen as last pregnancy I got my bfp at 10dpo. So AF or BFP will arrive on holidays im sure you know which one i'm rooting for!!

today's temp i can't really rely on cause we were traveling home from palm desert until super late 230 am, so only half the sleep of usual before the temp. Guess tomorrow will tell me more...

Still think cd87 looks like a good O date. For sure there is a thermal shift this time so whether we can pionpoint the day may be in retrospect later. But hopefully it will result in a BFP!

pregnancy has NOT stopped my obsessive testing lol

tonight i got a positive so dark that if it were an OPK it would be a positive! the test line was DARKER than the control!

Yay for blaring positives though! I tested for a very long time during my last pregnancy.

I think I am going to cave and test in the morning again just because I can sneak off to the store later to get a few more! That's just not a trip I want to make with my grandmother in tow!

Hi there everyone! I too am pee stick obsessed! I took one test 6dpo and it was BFP I didn't believe it, so then I took one of the expensive digitals the next day it was positive too! Then I went to Dr and They say yes another BFP. So I am all excited but now realize I am not feeling prego @ all so I had one more test I thought I'd use it to confirm and reassure myself that yes it's true, I am prego... it's a BFN!! What is going on?! I know I will go buy 12 more tomorrow and check again...but I've had no bleeding or cramping at all so I guess I am looking for someone who has had a similar situation? Anyone?

what brand was the bfn? was it the same brand as the others?

The BFN was the same as the 2nd... the expensive digital one. I felt like it took a long time to come up with it's decision.

Had you gone pee in the few hours before you look the test. Maybe your urine was just wayy diluted.

or if you have been drinking more (i found myself worrying because my positives looked less positive due to me drinking more... now at almost 6 weeks that is far from an issue)

OK that could def be what it is, I drank a ton of water today. I will just relax and buy more tests tomorrow! right, either way nothing i can really do.

I hope I get my tests today - I can't wait to test!!!

I am experiencing many symtoms - stronger or different than the ones I made up last time I thought I was pregnant.

I get hungry really fast, I am gassy and have heartburn, a little queasy on and off, tired and having trouble sleeping, I got a little light headed yesterday and had these freaky cramps - the kind way down below I usually get on my heaviest AF, and my bbs have been sore/tender since yesterday. I'm 8 dpo and hope I can get an early BFP (if I'm pregnant anyway). I ordered the "extreme" hpts.

AM OK you know what? I am sick of this. i need this to end. Now. If you check out my chart today, you will see I had a temp drop... to where the other, second set of higher, lower temps are, lol. What does any of this mean? I can't count on yesterday's temp as accurate cause we got to bed so late at 230am, and I am sure that disturbs temps somehow. Soooo if it is still down tomorrow I will count myself out. If AF shows I will have a 6day LP. But if AF doesn't come I will know I never O'd. None of this explains my steadily rising temps the past 18? 15? 5? days... why would they even do such an obvious shift/progression if ovulation never occurred... as far as i know your temp rises AFTER ovulation, not during attempts to ovulate... progesterone make it rise which is not released until egg is released. But if I am wrong, somebody correct me.

Please pray for me that this insanity sorts itself out. Oh I do have opks and hpts coming in the mail this week, so naturally i'm gonna pee on some no matter what my temps do just to see if I can learn anything.

Tara2- AWWW! Sorry about your confusion!! I just about went nuts with how insane my last chart was! I am sure at this point you just want SOMETHING to happen that will let you know WHERE the heck you are in your cycle! *BIG HUGS!!*

If we presume O on cd87, putting yoru coverline at about 97.8, really, one temp dip to the coverline is no biggie and lots of women have that shortly post O. Could be a nice implantation dip at 6dpo?? See what tomorrow brings.

Gah. I'm an obsessor. I caved. I'm only 7-9dpo *IF* I even O'd...but the dang test was calling my name. I swear it. Of course, BFN. For a second, I thought I hallucinated a line. But it was a hallucination, b/c in daylight I couldn't even squint it there. grr. It wasn't even an IC... and only have one more test. Guess I'm going to have to be more patient. and put the test somewhere I can't hear it...

Tara, gosh, I hear you on the confusion. I hope it clears up for you soon. I'm am a beginning charter, so my thoughts probably aren't worth much, but I agree with other's who've said CD86ish looks good for O.

Also, something I've wondered that might impact what you're seeing- breastfeeding increases progesterone, so could you (and I, unfortunately...) just be seeing temp spikes from progesterone rises related to bf'ing?? (I bet someone knows the answer to this, so sorry if it is a dumb thought...)
