Help Me Find Homemade Laundry Detergent Recipe!

Sorry, I can't find the threads on laundry detergent.....I have the recipe, but need clarification with using scented oils in vinegar as a softener. I'm putting in at least 20 drops per 64 oz and it still doesn't seem to be enough. But I'm worried about using too much - will there be a residue or increased flaming if too much oil is on clothing?

what kind of scented oils are you using?

most essential oils should't ;leave oil on the clothes. Perfume oil will, even in small quantities.

yes, using essential oils - good to know it won't leave a residue. Do you know the amount of drops I should use?

I use vinegar as a softener but have never added anything to it. I've never needed to. What would the oils do?

You might look up laundry soap. Detergent is synthetic, soap is natural, so what you're looking for is soap, not detergent.
