Like I thought, pretty bad week (and a half...)

Sat- off
Sunday-off
Monday-off
Tuesday- 2 mileish run
Wednesday- 60 minutes of work out videos (with my mom)
Thursday- 2 mile run
Friday-1ish mile walk
Sat- 2ish mile walk
Sunday- off
Monday-off

Hopefully back to running almost every day TOMORROW!!!

Well, here we are at the end of another week.....

Monday- Travel day, off
Tuesday- 2 mile run, 2 mile walk
Wednesday- 3 mile walk, 1 mile run
Thursday- 2.5 mile run
Friday- off
Saturday- 2 mile run
Sunday- off (I may still do the summer Sanders video, but not likely.)

Come on ladies, I know I am not the only one!!!

Monday- 2 mile run
Tuesday-2 mile run
Wednesday- 2 mile run
Thursday- 2 mile walk
Friday-off
Saturday-off
Sunday- 1 mile walk/ 1 mile run

I was sick as a dog Wed afternoon- Sunday morning, so my schedule got messed up.

I am glad to be back on track! Hope to make it another 4 weeks, or until baby arrives!

Well, my pelvis is beginning to feel VERY sore during and after runs. I am thinking I will be doing 2 miles, but that will be a combination of running and walking.

Monday- 2 mile run
Tuesday- 2 mile run
Wednesday- off
Thursday- 2 mile walk
Friday- 2 mile run
Saturday- 2 mile run (and some walking in there)
Sunday- Summer Sanders video

My goal is to really keep moving till this baby comes. Still at least 10 miles per week, but I won't feel bad if part of it is walking.

great job mama!! I'm still going to boot camp, but really just walking and some light arms is all I'm managing at this point. Won't be going at all this week...it's my prepare for baby week and I've cleared the calendar of all activities. My mom has offered to take the girls for a few hours each day and they're taking the girls camping for one night too! My pelvis is so happy for the break!!

(this week I was able to run the entire distance!!!)

I am getting pretty sore now. Feeling heavy and like I don't want to do much....
Was able to:

Monday- 2 mile run
Tuesday- 3 mile walk
Wednesday-2 mile run- 1 mile walk
Thursday- 2.5 mile walk- deep squats
Friday- 1 mile SLOW walk (my inner thighs were so sore, from the squats, I think)
Saturday-2 mile walk at the zoo (lots of hills)
Sunday- 2 mile run (hurray, was able to run the whole time)

I really want to continue till D day.... we will see!
