I do that with the window open as well, LOL! And I love that I can keep track of water, measurements, exercise, all that stuff. May as well stick with what works, I guess.

LoL . . . absolutely. Me too. I guess I just love tracking stuff! I'm definitely sticking with what works!

I've been using this book:

and a food/exercise diary to count calories and track exercise.

it even had cracker barrel stuff on there which I had today [oops].
I also use and love thedailyplate at livestrong. But, be careful because members enter in most of the calorie counts. Sometimes they are way off, so use your judgement. I don't think cracker barrel gives out nutrition info. I believe that those entries are guesses made by people.
