What is the best way to treat chicken pox naturally?

My three year old boy started having symptoms yesterday, and now he's breaking out with the pox papules-some are already bursting. I've forgotten how I handled it when his older brothers, now in their 20's, got it when they were little boys. He's happily playing between bouts of crankiness and complaining of pains in different places-his tummy, legs, neck, tushie. I'm not too worried because he is so healthy otherwise-just want to make him as comfortable as possible. He's running around in just a diaper for now-too uncomfortable for clothes, which he hates anyway! If anyone can help, I'd like some other opinions as to handle this in as natural a way as possible.

I havent encountered them (pox) with my boys yet but from when we were little I remember having oatmeal baths and my gma putting socks on our hands at night to help keep us from scratching in our sleep I have done some oatmeal baths for my boys for other things and I would suggest using something on the drain though to strain the oatmeal from going down the drain. I used a huge wad of cheesecloth or tulle the water drained slowly but I think it kept out most of the oatmeal out of the pipes.

I don't think I would do anything beyond baking soda/oatmeal baths. I remember having chicken pox and running amok outside in my nightgown with the garden hose. I would probably trim his nails too.
