High Impact Workouts and Reusable Feminine Products

I want to use a diva cup but before I spend the money I'm curious what the experience is with this product or similar ones while doing high impact excercises like running, squats, box jumps or other similar activities.

*moderaters, please don't move. It's important that I get an opinion from people who participate in activities that specifically relate to this forum.

You will LOVE it. Better than tampons. (of course, this is just one woman's opinion) I use mine all the time...swimming, biking, weight lifting (not that I've done any of these activities in a long time, but back...in the olden days...before child...I used to go to the gym 6 times a week and loved my keeper cup. (Cut the tail off though. With the tail it's irritating, without it, I can't usually tell the difference between it and tampons. Maybe a tiny bit when on an exercise bike, but not enough to bother me).

I'm a runner and I LOVE my Diva. I've worn it in races from 5ks to half marathons and for 20 mile training runs and it doesn't leak a bit as long as I empty it before I go. It will, however, leak if it's full even if AF is basically over. Must be all that sloshing around. Yeah, I learned that the hard way.
