I am back 
Starting this week because honestly, I don't remember what we had last week. I know there was a roasted chicken in there somewhere because we had 2 other meals out of it.
10. Chicken pot pie from scratch.
11. Chicken enchillada bake
12. Cuban black beans and corn fritters
I didn't meal plan this month yet but really need to sit down and do that. Maybe tonight as DH has toddler bed time duty.
The goal is to try at least one new recipe per week so I can broaden my options. This week it is the cuban black beans and corn fritters. Really looking forward to those. It smells amazing in the house right now.
I also have a red beans and rice on the list for next week, need to pick up the sausage first.
