Hi everyone! I have had a crazy week, so not a lot of time to post. Eating was okay. I have pretty much taken on IF'ing from after dinner(or 7pm ish) til between 11 and 12 then next day every day. It works really well for me, and I noticed the last few days that I'm not even remotely hungry until at least noon. When I first started I was having a hard time making it till 11, so I'm happy with that. Maybe someday I'll do a full 24 hour fast, I'm getting closer. I had a pretty good week. I felt a bit off toward the end of the week so took Thur and Fri off from exercise, and Thur I was STARVING once I started eating. I didn't feel that hungry during IF, but after I ate I was a bottomless pit. I lost 2 lbs last week though (most likely the bloat from AF, but at least it came off

This is how I eat too and it works really well. We always eat dinner at 7, and I eat a fair amount, and it feels really good to just be really full and relax the rest of the night with the family. Next morning i just have my coffee and the kids eat a very small snack in the am, usually JUST greek yogurt to give them a little something, and then I shower, we start our schoolwork and then I make us all a brunch hour meal between 11 and 12. I used to eat several times a day and I swear i woke up STARVING, and had to eat after dinner too. This is so much more natural to me.
