It works really well for me, and I noticed the last few days that I'm not even remotely hungry until at least noon. When I first started I was having a hard time making it till 11, so I'm happy with that. Maybe someday I'll do a full 24 hour fast, I'm getting closer. I had a pretty good week. I felt a bit off toward the end of the week so took Thur and Fri off from exercise, and Thur I was STARVING once I started eating. I didn't feel that hungry during IF, but after I ate I was a bottomless pit. I lost 2 lbs last week though (most likely the bloat from AF, but at least it came off). Anyway, not hungry today much at all. Had a small serving of eggs and sausage around 11:00 at MIL, and a string cheese, and that's it. Had a good workout this AM, did my circuits and then some dead lifts and extra lunges at the end.

This is how I eat too and it works really well. We always eat dinner at 7, and I eat a fair amount, and it feels really good to just be really full and relax the rest of the night with the family. Next morning i just have my coffee and the kids eat a very small snack in the am, usually JUST greek yogurt to give them a little something, and then I shower, we start our schoolwork and then I make us all a brunch hour meal between 11 and 12. I used to eat several times a day and I swear i woke up STARVING, and had to eat after dinner too. This is so much more natural to me.

2)Waist- currently at 30 in(lowest since baby#3 as well today! YA!)- want that to be 29 in or lessWaist at 28.75-29 (
3) Strength-10 real pushups- sigh my strength is utterly pathetic right now but I am hoping that comes back to me real soon!Nope Too much sickness and craziness for much exercise
4)Endurance- get back to 100% my regular schedule- get too wore out these days!Yep, pretty much back to normal- well considering the recent craziness
5) Exercise complete the 30 day Shred along w/ my weekly Yoga- hope to start practicing pullups as well along w/ at least weekly family walks/hikes
Well, you guys know how that went
My 3 month goals-
Weight down to 120 (prepregnancy I was 117 but I am allowing a few pounds due to the massive increase in breast size and milk )
Waist 27 in
Strength- 25 standard pushups-2 pullups- 1 min plank
Endurance-Able to do P90x Plyo full speed w/ no breaks and starting some sprinting
I am thrilled that my goals have been met! What good motivation to keep trucking. I am now thinking on what I hope to accomplish in the next month.

Eating was well yesterday. Funny when I started this month I planned to have some non-paleo treats and I did have some tubers, but maybe twice and some pb here and there- I had expected more than that. I also had plans on an every other day fasting schedule and am moving more towards daily like you lisa marie and ryleigh'smom- skipping bfast and eat early.

yesterday's eats: 48c TOTAL
unsweet green tea
lunch:leftover chck breast w/ some homemade vinegraitte(2c)
snack- coco oil, cocoa, stevia and pecans(5c)
snack-carrots- couple Ts of pb(14c)
supper-new york strip steak, asparagus-(8c), and zuccini-roasted(4c)
snack-2 .5 small squares dark chocolate (15 c total)

So, I had some chocolate. I had been craving it for 2 days so at this point I decided I should give into the craving. It was delicious and worth it and I was still low carb for the day.

I am not sure what today holds but dh is home and it is going to be wonderful- hope you all are well!

Wow crunchy!!! I need to make some goals. I have a few fitness goals as far as strength/endurance. I am commiting the next 3 weeks to doing very little weight lifting and mainly bodyweight/endurance drills.

We are just having a nice family sunday here. I think I am going to fast a great part of the day and I am making a huge Greek feast for dinner.

I made flat breads for everyone, and chicken thighs are marinating waiting to be grilled on skewers, then a huge vat of tzatziki (my kids can clear out a gallon of this stuff like no ones business!), greek salad with some feta, olives, peppers, etc. And for dessert I am doing frozen berries over hot coconut milk white chocolate. OMG it's really good.

Oh I like the idea of goals! I am going to make some!

Last night I made a cheesecake, it is sooo yummy and 4 carbs per serving. I used a scant 1/4 cup of honey to sweeten it. So yummy and Im thrilled to have something sweetish to eat as a treat!

Had quite a carby day yesterday a stuffed potato with dinner and a handful of potatoe chips, and a small handful of peanuts, but I feel great about my day. Today is all about prepping lunches for the week ahead

Hi I'm back from our visit to AZ.

I did more IF than LC while there. It's just so hard on vacation to do hardcore LC. I remember being in Paris and being unable to find any place open for bfast let alone serving actual food. Normally I'm okay with vacation food breaks, but I was so early into LC when we left, I wanted to keep up the momentum. Oh well.

So back on the wagon today and I ate really well overall.

Eggs w/ 1 slice LC bread
Ham for lunch
Dark choc as a snack
Wasa crackers with cheese and ham for dinner
Kefir

The kefir only because I am fighting a bug and decided to try eating some raw garlic. Which my tummy does not like at all and I'm trying to stop the burning. Even heartburn medication isn't helping. I've had hiccups off and on for 6 hours now. So much for that particular natural remedy.
