My new image goal

Thread Starter
for lack of a better turn of phrase. I'm talking about what you'd put on your fridge to encourage whatever food choices you've decided are best for your fitness goals. The image that makes you move when you feel like loafing.

So, while it's probably healthier to think of a mountain you want to climb or some such, don't you just love her curves?

She's lovely! This is my image goal. I love how everyone has a different eye for beauty, it means we all appeal to someone.

This is my goal. I want to look strong. I want muscle definition. But I also want to look feminine.

I'm stealing yours! She's got perfect muscles, just like I want!

But um... I think I'm gonna need a boob job!

I joke about that all the time. I have worked so hard to become strong and healthy, but seriously I wish I had some curves up top!

LOL, I took my measurements yesterday and I'm a 32...um...is there a negative A? 32! I'm 5'10! But yeah, getting lean pretty much means no boobies for me. I don't miss them, but I think my husband does...

My "top" is pretty full, but weaning is imminent. My concern is that they will be extremely floppy. I am working hard to tone the muscles behind them, in hopes of maintaining some perkiness and lift. DH insists that my chest muscles being toned will help keep them supported. :

I think both of the ladies look nice. I had always had a goal to be more of the 2nd one when I first started working out, but over the years and 3 kids later, I think I quite like keeping some curves. Dh likes whatever I want, but I think prefers it when I keep the curves as well- a bit anyway. I hate it when my butt goes flat!

I definitely have the boobs, but they're not quite so .... pneumatic. In fact I'm worried when I'm done nursing they'll be down to my knees...

I had to come back to this thread because I've recently started adding some visualisation/meditation stuff a la The Gabriel Method. Anyway, I've chosen this as my image goal. Hey - he says it doesn't have to be super realistic!!

I tried to find an online pic of a fitness model and my other computer picked up a virus and now I can't use it!

Oh, I know. When I got one of her dvd's in the mail my h was like "what did you BUY?! (the cover photos were...not what you usually get on a workout dvd)" Got his hopes up for a minute there...

Realistically any one of these women (except the blond in the middle) is good for me http://women4hope.files.wordpress.co...dove-women.jpg
